Perasaan ini tidakkah begitu menyenangkan sejak beberapa hari ini. Ingatan melayang pada Bapak. Meski seminggu yang lalu Aku mengunjungi beliau sebelum Ramadhan. Meminta sejumput doa dan maafnya agar dikuatkan iman dalam menunaikan ibadah puasa. Beliau tak banyak bicara. Namun tatap matanya masih menyisakan tanya. Sama seperti tahun-tahun nan silam. Kenapa sendiri saja pulang?
Aku menghubungi sebuah nomor. Pertanyaan pertama yang terlontar adalah bagaimana kabar Bapak. Suara diseberang menjelaskan bahwa lelaki tua kesayangan itu mendadak sakit usai mendengar berita kematian kerabat yang usianya tak jauh berbeda. Lalu terlontar ucapan beliau, waktu Aku tak lama lagi. Aku terlonjak kaget. Ya Allah, jangan jadikan ini sebuah isyarat.
Tanpa berpikir panjang Aku mengemasi beberapa lembar pakaian dan segera memesan travel untuk pulang. Bismillah saja dulu.
Meski tak terselip selembar uang pun di balik saku. Tapi Aku yakin Allah akan mengirimkan rejekinya. Allah Maha Kaya dan Aku tinggal berbisik saja padaNya. Ya Allah, pelihara langkah hamba.
Lelaki tua itu terengah membawa tubuhnya. Sudah beberapa hari terbaring ia hendak menghirup udara di luar sana. Namun langkah terasa limbung. Sigap tangan ini membimbingnya. Tubuh itu semakin mengecil terasa di dalam genggaman.
Setelah membuat posisinya sedikit nyaman, Aku hanya bisa berbisik lirih.
"Bapak mau makan apa?" " Ayam goreng taki-taki saja."
Ayam goreng taki-taki. Itu sebutan beliau untuk ayam goreng Kentucky. Ya, baiklah. Aku pun bergegas memacu motor. Ada satu tempat yang Aku datangi terlebih dahulu sebelum membeli taki-taki. Apa pun judulnya kunjungan itu, Aku hanya ingin mewujudkan satu permintaannya. Jadi berapun rupiah yang didapat syukuri saja demi sepotang Ayam goreng taki-taki.
Aku yakin kantong ini akan lama di dalam genggamannya. Aku mulai terbiasa mengabaikan sorot mata mengandung tanya yang tak pernah bisa Aku berikan jawabannya.
Bukan maksud hati mengabaikan tanya. Tapi bagaimanakah cara untuk mewujudkannya? Bukan pula keinginan diri berlama-lama mengambil keputusan. Untuk mengurai kusut yang terlanjur diperbuat pun rasanya... entahlah.
Ayam goreng dan menantu pilihan Bapak bagai pilihan sulit yang tak bisa segera Aku putuskan. Lalu?
Dini hari tadi Aku menghampiri kamarnya. Ia terbaring dan terlihat semakin lemah. Lama Aku pandangi tanpa tahu harus berkata apa. Di atas meja sampah taki-takinya terlihat mulai tipis. Meski bersisa Alhamdulillah ayam gorengnya telah ia santap semalam.
Menyadari kehadiran Aku, ia meminta segelas air putih hangat. Beliau duduk sambil mengurut dan meluruskan kaki. Kaki yang semakin berat untuk dibawa melangkah.
Dalam diam cairan bening di sudut mata ini meleleh. Tanpa menimbulkan suara gaduh, kamar mungilnya Aku rapikan. Lalu berbisik, "Pagi ini Aku ada sedikit urusan. Jika masih ada waktu, nanti kita ke Rumah Sakit."
Ya Rabb, Beri Aku banyak waktu untuk memberikan yang terbaik kepada lelaki kesayangan ini. Beri saya kesempatan memenuhi seluruh janji bakti. Beri Aku kesempatan memenuhi permintaannya, membawa menantu pilihan untuk berjabatan dengannya agar usai segala beban yang ia tanggungkan.
Aku tergugu.

1) Endometriosis -Endometriosis occurs when tissue from the membrane lining the uterus, called the endometrium, grows outside the uterus. Between 25 and 50 percent of infertile women are estimated to have this condition.
This tissue acts just like the endometrium in accumulating blood in the monthly menses period, but it has no place to shed the blood at the end of the cycle. The accumulation of tissue and blood can lead to inflammation, scarring and other problems. Symptoms include pain and cramping before and during periods, pain during intercourse, fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, nausea and infertility. Keep in mind, however, that all of these symptoms can occur with other conditions.
Endometriosis is diagnosed by looking into the pelvic cavity with a viewing instrument called a laparoscope. It can be treated with drugs or surgery to remove the cysts or even by following natural remedies.
2) Pelvic Inflammatory Disease - Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) in the female reproductive organs often occurs after a sexually transmitted disease such as gonorrhea or a chlamydia infection, or after miscarriage, abortion or childbirth. Symptoms include abdominal pain and tenderness, fever and an unpleasant-smelling vaginal discharge. Repeated attacks may occur with or without reinfection. About 20 percent of infertility is attributed to scarring from PID.
PID usually is diagnosed during a pelvic examination, although samples of discharge may be analyzed. Antibiotics are the usual treatment. Surgery or in vitro fertilization (IVF) is used to treat infertility resulting from PID.
3) Pituitary Tumors - Pituitary tumors, although usually benign, can lead to destruction of some of the hormone-secreting cells in the pituitary gland, causing cessation of menstrual periods in women and reduced sperm production in men. Because of their location, these tumors also can cause visual field defects.
Pituitary tumors are diagnosed by measuring hormone levels in the blood and urine, from MRI or CT scans of the brain and by visual field tests. Treatments include surgical removal of the tumor, radiation therapy, hormone replacement therapy or a combination.
4) Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS) - In polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), there is a long-term inability to release eggs to the uterus, where they can be fertilized — a process called ovulation. Most women with PCOS have multiple benign cysts in their ovaries.
